- Returned items undergo a quality check at our end. For items received in original and undamaged condition, refund process will be initiated within 72 hours.
Terms & Conditions
- Items should be returned within 3 days of the delivery.
- The returned item should be just as it was delivered to you.
- Used, washed, damaged, soiled rugs not eligible for returns. No refund will be provided.
- Please return the item in its original packing with labels and tags intact. No returns for altered and illegible serial number.
- Refund or replacement to be initiated after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
- If you receive damaged/defective item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to share the picture of the rug at firstname.lastname@example.org. Free replacement after inspection of the returned item.
- India: “3 Days Hassle-Free Return” is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rug).
- International- Only items with a manufacturing defect are eligible for return.
